REFUND POLICY:
All customers booking travel at KC Travel and Tours are required to purchase tickets at the time they request reservations.  Customers have the flexibility to make changes to reservations within 24 hours without incurring change fees.  This includes canceling your reservations and requesting a refund to the original form of payment.

The 24-hour timeframe is defined as the 24-hour period starting at the time the reservation is complete.

Tickets exempt from this policy include group tickets and tickets purchased using western union or cash.  These reservations will be placed on a courtesy hold to allow the required ticketing arrangements to be made.
 
REFUNDS/SERVICE FEES:
A reasonable service fee for refund services will be charged in certain non U.S. domestic markets, primarily, Europe, Middle East, Asian sub-Continent, Africa and the Gulf countries.  The current fee is the equivalent of $50.00 USD per ticket.
Involuntary Fare Refunds-no service fee applicable.
Voluntary Fare Refunds-service fee applicable-if you are entitled to a refund on the fare for your ticket, the refund will be be as follows:

Wholly Unused Fully Refundable Ticket-the refund will be equal to the fare and any surcharge and any taxes and charges paid for, less a reasonable service charge.

Partially Unused Fully Refundable Ticket-the refund will be equal to the difference between the fare and any surcharge and any taxes and charges paid for, and the applicable fare, surcharge, taxes and charges for the journey flown, less a reasonable service charges.

Non Refundable Tickets-The company will refund charges payable to government and airport authorities less a reasonable service charge.

Refunds on fares subject to certain cancellations fees will not incur service fees.
 
REFUND OF SERVICE CHARGES:
Surcharges, including fuel and insurance surcharges filed as YQ, will follow the refund rule of the fare. If the fare is non-refundable, the surcharges are also non-refundable.

Refund processed within 15 business days of the request:
Credit Card Refund processed within 20 business days of the request:
Paypal, cash, check and bank deposits/wires.

Customer Refund Services Contact Information:
Please e-mail your name(s), ticket number, and confirmation number(s). 
In addition, please state the nature of your cancellation.

You can look under your client number to check the status of refunds.

Note: These rules do not apply to package offers.
 
PAYMENT POLICY:

For payments made in full--confirmation will be emailed to the email account provided within 48 hours to allow payments to post to account.

All tickets purchased under the payment plans are non-refundable. Once the first payment has been applied to your account, only in exchange to the original itinerary can be made.  All other arrangements should be made directly with the travel consultant.

For payments on the 120 day extended payment plan--payments must be made on account every 30 days until paid in full.

Payments on the 60 days extended payment plan must be paid every 15 days until paid in full.

Accounts departing within 30 days must be paid in full at time of booking or approved for payment plan options with consultant. 

Ticket prices that are confirmed by the consultant will remain as the cost of the ticket unless changes are made to the reservations.  Talk to the consultant about additional charges.
